First day at school

Yesterday was the school opening. Ko ko is going to primary school and di di is going to ko ko's kindergarden. Ko ko's class start at 1:00pm and end at 6:35pm whereas di di's from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Daddy was in charged to send di di and his brother's son to school and take turned with his sister in law to fetch them back. I was fully in charged on ko ko.

As expected, di di's first day was smooth sailing except he don't want to wake up after nap time... teacher have to wake him up for more than 5 times and even manage to get him stand up he will bend his back and walked like loose string pinochio puppet with his eyes closed while queuing for the snack ***rolled eyes**** teacher have no choice got to use candy to attract him and force him to open his eyes to choose for the candy he like ..hahhahaha....yesterday he told me :'Mummy, I closed eyes and teacher give me '糖果' (candy)' ****speechless*****

As for ko ko, his first day wasn't too bad as well except there was a bit messy at the beginning where all the parents motorcycles blocking the entrance/exit make morning session children can't go back and afternoon session children can't go in ...very un-tolerate and lack of consideration. Before went into the class, children have to wait in the hall...imagine with all the parents and children packed like sardine in the hall in the hot afternoon..... After went into the class I saw ko ko with sour face and red eyes....it is because he don't have a chair ...so I managed to get a chair for him ...why me and not teacher ? but after that teacher asked him to share his chair with another kid...sound funny hor ? and he sour face again but I told him to be patience and be considerated as that kid will also feel sad like him if he don't have chair to sit then only he accept and 'seriously' joined the class...he looked so tension and serious when the class began may be he still not get used with the new environment and teachers as most of them look serious unlike kindergarden teachers who will be more friendly.

The school only allowed parent to go in for the first 3 days so everyday I'll accompany him to the hall and go back after make sure he has in the class then come back again during recess time to bring food for him. He seem has no much appetite to eat during recess may be he is too tension or the weather is too hot. It was very tough also when picking him back from school as all the children seem look the same because all wearing same uniform !!! I have to look and find carefully ....hai...kid's first day at school is like parent's first day also ...kekekkeke.....Anyway, overall it was a good start of year 2009 !!!
